A pet care services company wanted to transform its traditional boarding and daycare operations into a modern digital platform that would give pet parents greater visibility, convenience, and trust when leaving their pets at care facilities.TechnoToil was engaged to design and build a complete Pet Care Digital Ecosystem (Mobile Applications + Web Portals + Backend Infrastructure) that connects pet parents, pet camps, caretakers, and logistics staff into a single integrated platform.
The platform, 11ZOO, enables users to create pet profiles, book services such as boarding, daycare, and grooming, and monitor their pets in real time through a unique live video monitoring system installed within pet enclosures. In addition, the platform supports pickup and drop logistics, caretaker task management, camp operations management, referral systems, and wallet-based payments.
